The former top of the line most wanted laptop and desktop computers being built in the United States was a line named Alienware they had the most options the best options and were standing behind their products better than the larger companies. They did such a fantastic job and had such a following that the largest companies out there were doing all they could to aquire them, well Dell ended up doing so in the later part of the early 2000's. They are now in the Dell line but for how long they will stay ????? your guess is as good as mine.

As you can see by the links I have here you still have a large amount of options and the units now have the dell warranty and backing too. Only thing I will say here is have some deep pockets tho the best is extremely costly!!
